Mieschke Hofmann und Partner is the leading German process and IT consulting company on the automotive market. Our company has grown continuously since it was established in May 1996. We serve our customers through our branches in Freiberg a. N., Ludwigsburg, Munich, Essen, Wolfsburg and Zurich/Regensdorf (Switzerland).

In January 1999, Porsche AG acquired a 49% share in our company. Mieschke Hofmann und Partner thus became a Porsche Services Company. In March 2002, Porsche AG increased its share in the company to 51%. This made MHP a subsidiary of Porsche AG with immediate effect. In June 2003, Porsche AG increased its investment once more to 74.8%. This is a clear commitment and shows that our company is on the right strategic and operational path for a successful future.

Our focus is on automotive manufacturers, suppliers and dealers. However, we transfer strategic innovations from our projects to other industries as well.
