MHP has been on course for success since 1996. The Porsche subsidiary has become the leading process and IT consulting company on the German automotive market thanks to consistent customer orientation and innovative services, solutions and products.

At the start of 1999, Dr.-Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG acquired a 49% share in our company. This step allowed us to specifically build on our automotive industry competence and focus in a targeted manner on automotive manufacturers,

suppliers and dealers. MHP became the primary IT service provider within the Porsche Group. In 2001, we were chosen by SAP AG as the first Special Expertise Partner SAP for Automotive.

Over the course of the next few years we extended our consulting portfolio to include comprehensive services covering the whole process chain. This development was based on established PLAN – BUILD – RUN phases. This represented an important milestone for our customers and ourselves. For MHP developed from a pure SAP consulting company into a provider of holistic process and IT consulting.

Our services were then extended by an Application Management Support Center. This provided our customers with even more security and support for operation of their applications.

This consistent market and customer orientation soon began to pay dividends: our independent business grew significantly and a Germany-wide presence was established. In 2002, MHP became an official subsidiary of Porsche AG.

In 2003, Porsche AG increased its share in our company again to 74.8%. This clear commitment shows that we are on the right strategic and operational path for a successful future.

We offer intelligent and highly-developed process and IT solutions with our specially designed MHPFocusOnValue model. Over 200 satisfied customers value this know-how. MHP has established itself as the leading automotive and SAP specialist among German process and IT consulting companies. This was confirmed by an independent image study published by the Bauhaus University of Weimar in 2005. SAP AG also awarded us the status of Strategic Partner for Automotive.

In 2006 we are celebrating our 10th anniversary and 10 years of successful company development. And we have many plans for the future as well.
